About App Rescue Desk

Built by an engineer who fixed systems
that were not allowed to fail.

App Rescue Desk repairs live web apps that worked before and are broken now: sign-in, payments, deploys, data and integrations. The desk was founded by Alp Bozkurt, and it runs on the method he used for 30 years on safety-critical software.

Meet the founder.

Alp Bozkurt is a software engineer with 30 years of work on systems that are not allowed to fail.

  • Real-time defense system. Started by fixing bugs in a real-time defense system with more than one million lines of code.
  • Avionics to DO-178B. Built avionics software to DO-178B, the safety standard for airborne software, where a change is done only when it is verified and the evidence is on file.
  • A stalled project, restarted. Restarted a project after its original team had left and took it through certification with a new team in seven months.
  • Telecom, 2018–2025. Principal software engineer at a telecom software company.

Today he is an independent software consultant and builds new products the fast, AI-assisted way, the same way many of the apps the desk repairs are built. The method he brings to them has not changed.

Safety-critical software taught one rule: a fix is not finished until you can prove it. The desk applies it to every web app.

How a job runs, step by step

Why a repair desk.

Worked yesterday.
Broken today.

Apps are built faster than ever. When one of them breaks in production, the person who built it has often moved on, and nobody owns the part that failed.

The desk started with apps built in Lovable. Owners described their failures in public forums, and most of those failures did not start in Lovable. They started in the parts every web app has: auth, the database, the build and payments.

So the desk now works on any web app built with React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase or PostgreSQL, and Stripe, whoever built it: your own team, an agency, a freelancer, or an AI builder such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or Cursor. For AI-built apps, see the Lovable app fix.

The full scope, and what the desk does not take on, is on the bug fixing service page.

What the desk will not bend on.

Every job runs under the same rules, however urgent. Each links to the page where it is written out in full.

Incident desk hours

Mon–Fri

08:00–21:00

TRT (UTC+3)

Paid incidents are reviewed by a human within 15 minutes during desk hours. Outside those hours you can still submit; review begins when the desk reopens at 08:00 TRT.

The form asks what worked before, what fails now and what changed. The diagnosis starts from those answers.

A question, not an incident

hello@apprescuedesk.com

Ask about scope, fit or how the desk works before you commit. Many answers are already in the FAQ.

Never send passwords, API keys or customer data by form or email. If someone may be inside your system right now, contact a security-incident specialist first. What we never ask for

Something worked yesterday and is broken today?

Start with a diagnosis. You get the evidence, the layer at fault and a fixed repair price before anything in production changes.
