Lovable migration service
Lovable migration, without the surprises.
Planning to migrate from Lovable or move off Lovable Cloud?
We first map what still depends on the platform, then move the agreed scope to your own Supabase project and hosting.
Every Lovable app migration is different. Depending on the app, the work may include the frontend, database, Auth users, Storage, edge functions and secrets, email, Stripe webhooks and domain.
One Lovable migration in three stages.
01 Planning
Before the move
Planning to migrate from Lovable Cloud to Supabase? We map the live app, its dependencies, risks and migration order before anything changes.
Your read-only Lovable migration assessment ends with acceptance checks, rollback decisions and a written quote.
02 Migrating
During the move
Already moving off Lovable Cloud? We verify each approved step and isolate blockers before they reach users.
The agreed scope moves one component at a time, with a verification checkpoint before the next.
03 Diagnosing
After the move
Lovable migration completed but something broke? We check project reference, build-time values, Auth email and database state to locate the affected layer.
Repair is scoped only after the evidence identifies what did not carry over.
Every path starts with the same read-only assessment.
Start with a migration assessmentMigration and repair are separate scopes. Already know the specific error that needs fixing? Start a bug fix instead.
Technical proof
Four checks after a Lovable to Supabase migration.
A green deploy proves the code built. It does not prove the live project reference, build-time configuration, Auth email or database access state moved correctly.
-
Project reference
Which Supabase project is the live deployment calling?
-
Build-time values
Did the current production build receive the new project URL and required environment values?
-
Auth email
Can a real user receive the messages the application depends on?
-
Database state
Did the required rows, grants, RLS policies, functions and triggers reach the new project?
Evidence from our lab: the same recreated table can return rows, return an empty result or fail with 42501. We read the actual grants and RLS state instead of guessing from the deployment status.
Before any production change
Your Lovable migration plan, before production changes.
The assessment turns the current setup into an evidence-backed plan—whether you ask us to carry out the move or use the report with your own team.
- Ownership and dependency map
- Migration blockers, risks and order
- Acceptance checks and rollback decisions
- A fixed or capped quote for the approved implementation
Not moving yet? Check your Lovable dependencies and export ownership first.
- 01
Assess
Read the live systems and produce the migration plan without changing production.
- 02
Migrate the approved scope
Move one agreed component at a time and verify it before continuing.
- 03
Verify live workflows
Check sign-in, Auth email, reads, writes and integrations against the acceptance criteria.
Why the assessment is paid
A quote from a call is not a migration plan.
A free estimate is based on the description of the app. The Lovable migration assessment is based on read-only evidence from the real projects in scope.
- Free estimateA rough range before the live setup is checked.
- Paid assessmentEvidence, migration order, acceptance checks, rollback decisions and a written quote.
Migration and repair work are quoted separately and start only after you approve them.
Questions about moving off Lovable Cloud.
More questions? Read the full FAQ →Can you migrate an app from Lovable Cloud to Supabase?
Yes. We first map the frontend, database, Auth users, Storage, edge functions, secrets and production integrations. The approved Lovable migration scope is then moved and verified in stages.
Does a Lovable export move the database and Auth users?
Not by itself. Code, data, Auth users, Storage and dashboard-managed configuration can follow different migration paths. The assessment identifies which path applies to your app.
How long does a Lovable app migration take?
The read-only assessment typically takes 3 to 10 business days after scope and access are confirmed. The migration timeline is quoted separately because it depends on the live dependencies, users and data in scope.
Will users need to sign in again after the migration?
They may. If the destination Supabase project uses a different JWT secret, existing sessions become invalid. The assessment records the expected session impact before cutover.
What if we already migrated from Lovable and something broke?
We use the same four checks—project reference, build-time values, Auth email and database state—to locate the affected layer before repair work is scoped. The assessment can run before, during or after the move.
