One fix, no retainer — scope and price agreed before anything changes Incident desk: Mon–Fri, 08:00–21:00 TRT (UTC+3)

Existing Lovable app

Lovable app broken or stopped working? We fix existing Lovable apps.

Your app worked before and is broken now, after a publish or a change. What you get is a one-off fix on the app you already have. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing renews.

You do not need to hire a Lovable developer or an agency for a single bug. We fix that bug and you carry on building in Lovable.

If your Lovable app worked before and broke after a publish or a change, App Rescue Start tells you what broke, why, and what fixing it takes, before anything in production changes.

We agree scope and price with you before any production change.

  • One-off, not a retainer
  • You keep building in Lovable
  • Nothing in production without agreement

What's broken, exactly?

  • Worked in the Lovable preview and broke after publish, or worked for weeks and then stopped after a change.
  • Every "Try to fix" brings the same bug back, or the app broke after the export to GitHub.
  • Users can't log in or sign up; the confirmation or reset link goes nowhere.
  • Stripe checkout or a subscription not working: the card goes through but the account never opens.
  • A 500 error, a blank white screen, data that won't save, or a publish that fails.

What changed?

It worked, either in preview or in production until last week, and then it stopped. Something changed: a publish, a prompt edit, a Supabase or Stripe setting, a key, a third-party service. Or nothing you did on purpose: a "Try to fix" that moved the problem, a value that never reached the published build, a GitHub export that drifted.

The symptom rarely sits where the cause does, so we do not touch anything until we have established what changed.

How a Lovable app actually breaks

The same visible failure can start in a different part of the published app. These are four places we check before changing production code.

Auth

Sign-in works in preview and fails on your own domain

Supabase and OAuth providers return users only to approved URLs. The preview can work while login, confirmation or password reset fails on your published domain.

Build

A key exists in the editor but not in production

Vite writes VITE_ values into the browser files at build time. If the build environment does not contain a value, the published app can show a blank screen or a request that never completes.

Source

The repository and published app no longer match

A sync branch, repository rename or transfer can leave the live deployment on different code. A repair made in the wrong version does not change what users see.

Backend

The action runs, but the expected result never arrives

A live Stripe webhook uses a different signing secret from test mode. A checkout, email or AI action can also stop when an Edge Function returns a non-2xx response.

How we fix it

  1. Reproduce

We trigger the problem on the live, published app rather than working from a description of it.

  2. Find what changed

We identify which publish, prompt edit, setting, key or export made the difference.

  3. Fix and hand back

We fix within the agreed scope, test the flow and give you a note on what stays open.

What's included

  • Reproduction on your existing Lovable app, as published
  • Evidence-based diagnosis: what broke, what changed since it worked
  • A workable fix path, and the narrow fix itself when the scope allows
  • Your project, accounts and data stay yours

What's not included

  • A new Lovable app, MVP, template or fresh project
  • Lovable plans, credits or pricing
  • Builder comparisons or migration
  • Full rewrites, redesign or new features
  • Hacked-app cleanup or breach response
  • A retainer or subscription
Do I need to rebuild my Lovable app?

Not for a contained production bug. We trace the failure in the app you already have, agree on the repair, and change only what that repair requires. You keep the app and can continue building it in Lovable.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing maintenance?

No. This is a one-off diagnosis and repair. Nothing renews, and there is no monthly retainer. If the evidence points to separate work, you receive a new scope before you decide whether to continue.

How do you access my Lovable and Supabase projects?

Invite us to the specific project and connected services needed for the incident. Do not send passwords. You keep control of the accounts, limit the access, and revoke it when the work is complete.

Is App Rescue Desk part of Lovable?

No. App Rescue Desk is an independent service. Lovable does not operate, endorse, or partner with us. We use the name only to identify the platform involved.
